Travel can change you. We’ve built a company around that belief.
Our travel philosophy

it started with a voicemail.
Our founder was studying abroad in Italy, standing on a hilltop in San Gimignano, trying to describe what he was seeing to his parents back home. He called. They didn’t answer. So he left a message — rambling, breathless, completely overwhelmed by where he was.
They saved it.
Twenty years later, we still have that voicemail. And we still remember exactly how that moment felt — the dawning realization that travel could do this to a person. Crack you open. Rearrange you. Leave you changed.
We’ve spent the years since chasing that feeling, and watching it happen to others. On safari, when a herd of elephants moves silently past at dusk, and no one breathes. In Borneo, when a place feels so far from everything you’ve known that you finally hear yourself think. In a stranger’s kitchen halfway around the world, when a meal turns into a conversation, and a conversation turns into something you’ll carry forever.
That’s why we do this. Because travel — done with care, done with intention — is one of the most powerful things we can give ourselves. It makes us more curious. More humble. More awake. And the more of us who experience the world this way, the more reason the world has to take care of itself.
Helping people find that feeling is the most meaningful work we can imagine.
“Travel — done with care, done with intention — is one of the most powerful things we can give ourselves.”
meet the founder

I grew up with adventurous parents, which meant travel was never a vacation — it was an education. New cultures, new landscapes, new ways of moving through the world. That curiosity deepened when I studied abroad in Italy, and again when I lived and worked in Shanghai. Those years taught me something I’ve never forgotten: the difference between a good trip and an unforgettable one almost always comes down to access, context, and care.
A career in technology taught me the rest — how to listen closely, manage complexity, and advocate fiercely for the people I serve. During those years, travel became more intentional for me, and more valuable. Working with an extraordinary advisor of my own, I saw firsthand how the right guidance can transform an experience. That’s what convinced me to build Corrado Travel.
The trips I’ve taken since — on safari across southern Africa, through the rainforests of Borneo, and countless smaller journeys in between — have only deepened my conviction that the most meaningful travel isn’t the fastest or the most ambitious. It’s the kind that lets you arrive.
This advisory is built on that belief.

Who we work with
Corrado Travel is a boutique advisory — small enough to know every client by name, supported by a network deep enough to plan trips anywhere in the world.
Behind the scenes, we operate as part of Largay Travel, an agency with more than 70 years of experience and Virtuoso membership — which means our travelers benefit from access, perks, and partnerships that would take a lifetime to build alone. On the ground, we work with a carefully vetted network of destination experts in every region we plan, the kind of people who know which guide to call, which lodge has the best perimeter view, and what the weather is really like in March.
That combination is the quiet engine of what we do. The personal care of a boutique advisor, with the reach and resources of a much larger operation behind it.
