terms & conditions

Welcome to Corrado Travel Advisors. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms protect both your travel investment and our professional relationship.

Our Role as Advisor

Corrado Travel Advisors acts as a professional intermediary. We curate, consult, and facilitate bookings with third-party providers (Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators, and Cruise Lines). Please note that Corrado Travel Advisors does not own or manage these entities. All travel is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective Suppliers.

Payments &
Professional Fees

Planning Fees: Our professional consultation and planning fees are non-refundable and cover the time and expertise required to design your itinerary.

Supplier Payments: Payments made directly to suppliers are governed by their specific cancellation policies.

Price Fluctuations: Until a booking is confirmed with a deposit, prices are subject to change based on market availability.

Documentation
& Requirements

It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that all travel documents—including passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date), visas, and vaccination records—are in order. Names provided for bookings must match government-issued IDs exactly.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

Important: Corrado Travel Advisors highly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. This is the only way to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or supplier insolvency.

Limitation of Liability

Corrado Travel Advisors is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the acts of third-party suppliers, weather conditions, civil unrest, or other "Force Majeure" events outside of our control.
